Burger Patty Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 packet of TATA Simply Better plant-based Burger Patty
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Cheese Slice
- 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 Garlic bread slices
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Herbs
- Salad Green Leaves
- 3 Cherry Tomatoes
Instructions
- Unbox TATA Simply Better plant-based burger patty. Take little oil and grill the patty. You can opt to air fry, bake or deep fry the patties.
- Now top the burger patties with cheese slice and cut the prepared patties into small pieces.
- Cheese Slice
- Now we will prepare the Burger Sauce. In a bowl mix 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce, 1 tbsp mustard sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients and your burger sauce is ready.
- Take 4 Garlic bread slices, toast the slices in the oven with little butter and herbs.
- Top the roasted garlic bread slices with prepared burger sauce. Spread the burger sauce evenly.
- Now add fresh salad green leaves and top with prepared Burger Patty pieces and Cherry tomatoes.
