Spicy Finger Puffs
Get ready to spice things up with Spicy Finger Puffs - a fusion of fluffy Puff Pastry and bold, plant-based Spicy Fingers. With each bite, you'll savour the perfect balance of heat and tang, complemented by a creamy and tangy tandoori mayo that will leave your taste buds tantalising and take your plant-based eating to the next level.
Instructions
- Thaw the frozen puff pastry squares. Cut them according to the size of the fingers.
- Make a marking on the edge of each piece using a knife. Make sure not to cut it through. Poke the center of each with a fork.
- Sprinkle some of the peri-peri spice mix on each pastry. Spread a layer of tandoori mayo on the center of each.
- Place the cooked TATA Simply Better plant-based Spicy Fingers in the middle of each square. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
