Vegan Teriyaki Burger Bites
Vegan teriyaki burger bites are the perfect appetizer for any meal. Made using plant-based meat, these bite-sized burgers are packed with flavors and pack a punch of deliciousness in every bite. The combination of the traditional Japanese teriyaki sauce with the classic burger flavor is a perfect match. These vegan teriyaki burger bites are easy to make and can be served as an appetizer or as a main course.
Instructions
- All you have to do is take the Burger Patty out of the pack & use scissors to cut the Patty into smaller triangles.
- Drag down a cherry tomato on a wooden skewer, followed by a Burger Patty triangle and a cherry tomato again. On the top, add a thick a slice of mushroom.
- Prepare all the skewers in the same way. Cook them with a little oil on a non-stick pan. Flip the sides to cook both sides of the Burger Patty skewer.
- Now generously brush each Skewer with Teriyaki Sauce
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
- Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and fresh Parsley and serve it hot and enjoy
